What is Wrestling?

Wrestling develops discipline, toughness, and full-body strength. Our classes are designed for all levels, blending proven wrestling fundamentals with MMA-specific applications. Step on the mat and build skills that carry into every aspect of training.

These classes are ideal for wrestlers training in the off-season who may later transition to MMA, as well as Jiu-Jitsu competitors looking to strengthen their submission grappling.

Prior Experience: None required. Beginners are encouraged!

Required Gear: Wrestling shoes; mouthguard (recommended for all athletes)
