What is Cardio Kickboxing?

Our cardio kickboxing classes are structured to introduce students to core techniques of Muay Thai (“The Art of Eight Limbs”) and kickboxing in a supportive, high-energy environment. Students learn proper technique, footwork, padwork, clinch work, and conditioning from day one.

Prior Experience: None required. Beginners are encouraged!

Required Gear: Boxing gloves and hand wraps

Classes Offered:

  • Cardio Kickboxing (Beginning/Intermediate)

  • Advanced Kickboxing (requires additional gear)
