What Is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai, known as the "Art of Eight Limbs," incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, offering a versatile and intense striking system rooted in Thai tradition. Led by multiple-time WBC Muay Thai Champion Romie Adanza, our Muay Thai program is designed for intermediate to experienced fighters. Classes focus on proper technique, conditioning, and practical application, helping students reach the next level in their development. The Muay Thai program is ideal for the striking enthusiast eager to deepen their skills.

Required Gear: Boxing gloves, hand wraps, headgear, mouthpiece, and shin guards.

Committed athletes who are dedicated to the Art of Eight Limbs have the opportunity to participate in the Muay Thai Fight Team (by invitation only). These athletes prepare for competition, on the amateur and professional levels, at local, national, and international levels.
