Strength and Conditioning for MMA
This is an intense kickboxing workout meant to push you to your physical and mental limits. We combine proper Muay Thai techniques with resistance training equipment to improve your strength and conditioning. These classes get you stronger and faster while you learn even more striking combinations.
Required Gear: Boxing gloves and wraps
Necessary for All Levels (beginner to advanced)
We will make you work nonstop until the very end of class. We’ve been known to burn up to 1,700 calories in just one class! Push yourself and come to this class to hit stuff, pick it up, throw it, sprint, jump, slam, you name it, we’re doing it, but a few notches up.
This high intensity interval workout will help you reach any weight loss goal while improving your conditioning to endure physical hardship. By going through several intervals of intense plyometric movements, combinations on a heavy bag, and resistance equipment exercises
