Striking Style

Our primary style of striking at Team Oyama is Muay Thai, the art of 8 limbs. Our CKB class is grounded in the techniques of Muay Thai, but without contact sparring so you won’t get beat up while you train. This Cardio Kickboxing class is for beginners and trained individuals because its necessary for everyone to improve their fundamentals.

We utilize punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to throw exciting combinations that overwhelm the opponent. The Cardio Kickboxing class not only gets your whole body moving so you achieve significant weight loss, but you also have a ton of fun smashing a heavy bag with punches and kicks.

The instructors are professional fighters from Orange County that will guide you through these group fitness classes. You can expect to learn proper technique and apply them with shadowboxing drills, pad-work, and heavy bag-work. 

Required Gear: Boxing gloves and wraps

Great for all levels (beginner to advanced)

Conditioning

These classes will bring your body to its limit and you’ll find out very quickly you can dig even deeper. These classes will toughen your body and keep your heart rate up as you throw combinations and perform various drills.

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is a high paced learning environment that will strengthen your mind and body.

6:00am-7:00am Tuesday & Thursday

12:00pm-1:15pm Monday - Friday

5:15pm-6:30pm Monday - Friday

6:30pm-7:45pm Monday & Wednesday
