Cardio Kickboxing


This class focuses on two things: Proper Striking Technique and Conditioning

Required Gear: Boxing gloves and wraps

Great for all levels (beginner to advanced)



Our primary style of striking at Team Oyama is Muay Thai, the art of 8 limbs. We utilize punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. You can expect to learn proper technique, and apply them with shadowboxing, pad-work, and bag-work


Conditioning is vital to a successful Cardio Kickboxing program. Whether you’re here to learn and/or get a great workout, conditioning will be a major factor in your results.

Class Times

6:00am-7:00am Tuesdays & Thursdays

12:00pm-1:15pm Monday -Friday

5:15pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday

6:30pm-7:45pm Mondays & Wednesdays
